"In Room 196 on night of Aug 16-17. Air condition unit bad - did not cool down to the sixty degrees stated on the dial. Wanted but couldn*t get another room because, possibly, the Inn was heavily booked. Maintenance engineer came by but there was nothing he could really do.
In bathtub, the lever for pulling up the draincloser did not work.
We were far from model Guests but the problems above should be corrected. I truly believe that a new air conditioning unit is needed."
